Refund policy

Refunds

All our products are made to order, therefore they are generally non-refundable, unless the product is misprinted/damaged or defective. No refunds will be made 4 weeks after the product has been received. Contact sales@zeroblunders.com for information about refunding your item.

We offer refunds to all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

For us to process your refund, you must:

  • contact us within 4 weeks after the product has been received
  • provide us clear photos of the defective item
  • provide us with your order number
  • provide the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags.

We do not issue the refund if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled before they go into production. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us at sales@zeroblunders.com within 8 hours. Once the production, packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

All our products are made-to-order, and some are personalizable, therefore we don’t offer exchanges. We recommend checking the detailed size guides and product descriptions carefully and getting in touch with us in case of any queries before placing an order.
