DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free tracked shipping to USA and Europe (including UK). For the rest of the world shipping rate is $4.99. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

In general, the estimated time to deliver your items is up to 14 business days after placing your order in USA & Canada. International orders may take up to a month or more, depending on the destination. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

CAN I RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS?

We offer refunds to all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out. Please see our refund policy for more information.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All our products are made to order; therefore, the orders can only be cancelled before they go into production. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us at sales@zeroblunders.com within 8 hours. Once the production, packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our refund policy for more information.
